Lets recap....the first time..i venture into the cup cake's world...it was on the 22nd of MAY.And till today..... dah masuk sebulan lah aku buat cupcake's experiement.Alhamdulillah.....sikit lebih kurang....dah banyak pesyen jugak aku cuba buat...tak lama lagi dah boleh bukak kedai arr ..hehehhehe

As you can see...most of my cuppies...aku gunakan chocolate ganache instead of butter cream or royal icing topping.My kiddies prefer the chocolate ganache coz they said that the icing...too sweet pulak.Aku buat experiement pon..selalunyer untuk dorang makan...hehehheeJadi ikutkan ajelah...BUT akan aku belajar buat the buttercream , royal icing , fondant and whatever lah.Just gimme time...and ..u'll see the outcome soon...real soon .. ;)

Kali ni aku cuba buat gunakan fresh fruit pulak....The tepung mixture aku campurkan berries cincang and berries jam.Instead of the essence or artificial flavouring ...aku campurkan with the fresh ingredients ;)Dan for the topping...aku decorate the strawberry....with chocolate ganache.

And yes...it work well and taste yummylicious...when u mixed them together.At first i was thinking of whipped cream ...topping with berries but then...nanti tak bleh tahan pulakkan.Itu kalau nak makan on the sama day..ok lah.So aku tukar idea...to choco ganache and berries jer.And yes...it taste yummylicious..baby...woohoooooSo here are the pixs to share with all of you...
